Returns and Refund Policy


If you choose to cancel your order the refund policy is as follows - 

  • If the product/order is yet to ship: If the payment has been made through a payment gateway the refund will be issued after deduction of 2.36% bank charges. Once initiated the payment takes 5-7 days to reflect in the mode of original payment

  • If the product has already reached the customer and the customer wants to return the product:  we can issue a refund as long as we receive the product in its original packaging without any damages (scratches, paint chips, etc.). The return shipping will be borne by the customer. The refund will be issued once the product is received by us and checked for any damages. In case there are damages, we can ship the product back or if amount can be adjusted, we can let you know an adjusted amount of the refund. 

  • If the payment has been made through a payment gateway the refund will be issued after deduction of 2.36% bank charges. The shipping cost shall also be deducted from the refund. Once initiated the payment takes 5-7 days to reflect in the mode of original payment

  • In case the order placed is a custom order and a part is specifically being bought/made/customised for it, no refund shall be applicable as the order cannot be cancelled


Our policy lasts up to 5 days from the date of delivery depending on the product type. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please email us at with images of the packaging and product if you would like to request a return. Please DO NOT send the item back to us without emailing us first. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.

Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.

* Return Period after Delivery is applicable if product received is Defective or Damaged or Not as Described.


When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame

  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it

  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed

  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

  • Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories

  • Pre-order / custom made products

  • Hygiene related items



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or you are facing an issue with size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Warranty Policy

  • Each product from RAWSTONE has a specific warranty period. The specific warranty period for a product is mentioned in the “Product Details” section on the product page on

  • Warranty will be applicable only on products purchased at full printed MRP, from RAWSTONE Authorised Dealer, a RAWSTONE Authorised Online Reseller or from To see the full list, visit the "Dealers" link on

  • Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the product.

  • A valid warranty claim can be successfully initiated only by sending us an email on with subject line "Warranty Claim", before the expiry of the specific warranty period of the product for which warranty is to be claimed. The customer needs to submit a valid tax invoice of the product, issued by a RAWSTONE authorised seller and clear images of the product on which warranty is being claimed. Warranty claims received after the expiry of the warranty period will be automatically rejected.

  • The warranty specifically covers only manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by user errors, wear and tear, improper care, mishandling, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations/repairs, accidental damage or the degradation of the materials that occurs after use.

  • The warranty excludes loss, damage cost or expense of whatsoever nature, to personal property, user or third parties; directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from or in connection with any manufacturing defect in the product. In the case of warranty claims accepted by RAWSTONE, the liability of RAWSTONE is limited only to repair/replacement of the product. In case repair/replacement is not possible due to any reason, either credit note with 6 months validity will be issued or compensation on Pro-rata basis on the original MRP of the product will be offered.     • 0 - 3 months - 100% Refund

    • 3 - 6 months - 75% Refund

    • 6 - 9 months - 50% Refund

    • 9 - 12 months - 25% Refund

  • RAWSTONE retains the prerogative to accept or reject a warranty claim. We aim to objectively evaluate each claim and work with the customer to resolve the claim in a mutually satisfactory manner.

    • For warranty claims you will have to courier the product to following address

  • RAWSTONE will not be responsible for any damage, delay or loss of the product in transit from the customer’s address to our facility.

  • Another unit of the product will be shipped to the customer as soon as the warranty product has been delivered to our facility and verified against the images shared by the customer at the time of submitting the warranty claim.

  • RAWSTONE retains the prerogative to offer an alternate replacement. The customer retains the prerogative to wait for the product to be restocked, which needs to be communicated by the customer to us, via email. No refund will be issued in the case of an accepted warranty claim.
